About Mike Lembo

Mike Lembo, Co-Founder, Director of Operations

Mike Lembo graduated from Northeastern University with a dual degree in Marketing and Management. Professionally, Mike has spent over 15 years working in a myriad of leadership roles in both the private and non-profit sector. At Junior Achievement, Mike was responsible for conceptualizing, packaging, and marketing the JA P.A.S.S. Program. “Professional Achievement Spotlighting Sports” reached over 1,000 middle school students under Mike’s direction and brought sports industry mentors face-to-face with their future legacy.

Mike’s professional career also includes extensive work with The ALS Association MA Chapter as Marketing Director. Working for the official charity of Boston Red Sox, Curt Schilling, Mike implemented and supported several noteworthy fundraising campaigns raising proceeds for Curt’s Pitch for ALS. In his time with the organization, he co-created and managed the 100 Innings of Baseball Spectacular and was involved with the coordination and planning of Curt’s Annual Postseason Reception, the Walk to D’Feet ALS, and the Curt Schilling “Bobble Ankle” Doll. Mike worked hand in hand with companies such as the Boston Red Sox, the New England Patriots, New England Ford Dealers, and WEEI Sports Radio.

Mike is an active member of the Boston baseball community and has served in a leadership capacity on both the team and league level. He also coaches youth baseball in Norwood, MA and enjoys spending time with friends and family.
