About Mike Lembo

Mike Lembo, Co-Founder, Director of Operations

Mike Lembo graduated magna cum laude from Northeastern University with a dual degree in Marketing and Management. Professionally, Mike has spent 6 years working in marketing and event management in both the private and non-profit sector. At Junior Achievement, Mike was responsible for conceptualizing, packaging, and marketing the JA P.A.S.S. Program. “Professional Achievement Spotlighting Sports” reached over 1,000 middle school students under Mike’s direction and brought sports industry mentors face-to-face with their future legacy.

Mike’s professional career also includes extensive work with The ALS Association MA Chapter as Marketing Director. Working for the official charity of Boston Red Sox ace, Curt Schilling, Mike implemented and supported several noteworthy fundraising campaigns raising proceeds for Curt’s Pitch for ALS. In his time with the organization, he co-created and managed the 100 Innings of Baseball Spectacular raising over $450,000 for the organization. Mike was also involved in the coordination and planning of Curt Schilling’s Annual Postseason Reception, the Walk to D’Feet ALS, and was a driving force behind the highly publicized Curt Schilling “Bobble Ankle” Doll. Mike worked hand in hand with companies such as the Boston Red Sox, the New England Patriots, New England Ford Dealers, and WEEI Sports Radio AM 850.

Mike brings with him valuable insight and contacts within the non-profit sector and a specialty in organizing and executing fundraising auctions, conceptualizing advertising campaigns, and running special events. In his “free time,” Mike is an active member of the Boston baseball community and has served in a leadership capacity on both the team and league level. He also coaches youth baseball in Norwood, MA and enjoys spending time with friends and family.
